He is survived by: his wife Joanne Colbath Templeton of Amelia Island; his daughter Catherine Cerny (Thomas McLain) of Delavan, WI; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Templeton of Shingle Springs, CA; his grandchildren, Jonathon Cerny (Nerissa), Elizabeth Cerny (Paul Stockoff), Sarah Templeton, Amanda Templeton and Jessica Templeton; and his great grandchild Lucas Templeton.
