She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Williams (Hank) and Joyce Farnell Williams. She is survived by: her significant other Jerry James; her pets, Toby, Jilli and Sophie; her brother Ken Williams (Guen) of St. Petersburg, FL; her nieces and nephews, Grant (Rachel), Nora, Gavin, Claire (Kevin Jordan) of Tampa, FL and Burke of St. Petersburg, FL; her sister Lyn Williams Sharpe (Paul Mee) of Amelia Island, FL; her nephew Zachary (Rachel) of Amelia Island, FL; and her great-nephews, Brent, Collin and Garrett (Gerrett Lewis) of Amelia Island, FL. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Oxley-Heard Funeral Home (1305 Atlantic Ave, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debbie's memory to Cat's Angels, Amelia Island, FL or the Nassau Humane Society.
