She is survived by: her husband Joe Hastey; her sons, Todd Hastey of Knoxville, TN and Scott Hastey of Alpharetta, GA; her daughter-in-law Janet Hastey of Alpharetta, GA; her son Jonathan Hastey of Denver, CO; her daughter-in-law Allison Hastey of Denver, CO; her siblings, Marble John Hensley, Jr. (Michelle) of Smyrna, GA and Kathlyn Hensley MacFarlane (Terrance) of Marietta, GA; and her grandchildren, Sarah Kate, Will, Ellie and Ben Hastey.
In lieu of flowers, all who wish to remember Carol are invited to make gifts to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or to the children's ministry of First Presbyterian Church.
