She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Kennedy Shallberg and Gustavus Aldolphus Shallberg; and her husband William Harrison Quealy. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Brady (Thomas) of Jacksonville, Margaret Bork (Ron) of Amelia Island, William Quealy, Jr. (Teri) of San Diego and Patricia Moore (Walter) of Amelia Island. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Nassau County Humane Society and The Amelia Island Jazz Festival.
