We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2019, at the age of 76, Larry Neil Payne (Alva, Florida), born in Fort Myers, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellieb Mancel and Nella Mabel Payne (Robinson); and his brothers, Lamar Payne, Joe Payne and Ellieb Payne.
He is survived by: his wife La Rae A. Payne; his children, Judson Payne of Tennessee, Shelby Payne of Alva, Leslie Payne Ankrom (Rob) of Fort Pierce and Matthew Butsavage (Cheri) of Hettinger, ND; his sisters, Wanda Ann Coleman of Kentucky and Judy Turner of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Drake, Logan, Ashley, Courtney, Brittany, Kierston and Nicholas. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
