He is survived by: his wife Alva Janette West Walden; his children, Rhoda Rogers (Mitch), Norma Wilson (Lamar), Marian Walden, Robert Walden and Phil Walden; his brother Roy Walden; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Rogers, Kora Varney, Robert Lee, Carmen Pippin (Justin), Heather Wilson, Blane Layton (Brooke), Marissa Warren (Matt), Amanda Sapp (Richard, Jr.), Coy Walden, Coby Walden, Priscilla Kelsey, Jamie Walden, Britney and Ben Walden. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, and many other extended family members and friends.
