We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2023, David W Langford formerly of Alva, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Langford and Gladys Langford (Goggin); his former wife Dodie Langford (Stewart); his son Darryl Ray Langford; his uncle David Goggin; his aunt Verdie Goggin (Prevatt); his siblings, Oscar Langford and Geraldine Thomas (Langford); and his great grandchild Baylee Jean Langford.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Langford (Akins); his children, Dave Langford (Patsy), Lanelle Brown (Bobby), Donnie Langford and Cretia Langford; and his sister Audrey Langford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

“To Dave's Family (especially Donna, Lanelle and Lindsey) - Dave was one of the first people I met in 1962 when I came to Lehigh Acres. He was my go to to make sure stakes were burned at the end of Joel Blvd. so the Bobcats wouldn't come in to get the Flint cows, and get the Flint cows not to eat Hibiscus bushes.
