He is survived by: his children, William Russell, III of Lewisburg, TN, Lisa Manka of New Braunfels, TX and Wendy May (Bob) of Holly Springs, MS; his siblings, Charlie Russell of Wilson, NC and Carolyn Hatton of Eads, TN; his grandchildren, Preston Manka, Braden Russell, Owen Russell, Hannah May Burt and Bobby May; and his close friends, Andrea, Steve and Hannah Tobin.
