He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Britt and Gladys May Isaacs Britt; his son Thomas Stephen Britt (Mandy) of Unicoi; and his siblings, Ernest, Herman Britt, Elenora Powers and Annabelle Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Jean Wolfgram Britt; his children, Phyllis Jones Flag Pond (Ronnie), Debra Kay Britt, Erwin, Jessica Arnold (Butch) of Florida and Joseph A. Britt of Unicoi; his siblings, LeRoy Britt and Sarah White; his brother-in-law Mark Wolfgram (Kristin); and his pet Hopie Joy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
