It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Thompson Lilly of Altoona, Florida, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Thompson and Jewell Harbin Kirksey (Ira Hill); and her husband James W. Tweeddale. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Tweeddale (Wenona) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Karen Tweeddale-Chappel of Gainesville, Florida, Cathy Tweeddale of St. Louis, Missouri and John Tweeddale (Angela) of Mount Dora; her grandchildren, James (Candice), Joseph (Michael), Trey, Emilie (Andy Brockman), Richard, Savannah (Joanna), Theo, Amelia, Knox and Evelyn; and her great grandchildren, Henry, Owen, Milo and Emilia. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
