She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence M. Hampton and Ruth E. Hampton; her husband Edward "Fran" Buttner; and her siblings, James M. Hampton (Laverne), Donald F. Hampton, C. Gilbert Hampton and Ruth E. Woody.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Buttner (Shannan) of Altoona, FL and Paula Buttner of Millersville, MD; her sister Charlotte Barcroft (Wallace) of Pasadena, MD; her sister-in-law Rita Hampton of Baltimore; and her grandsons, Matthew Buttner (Liz) and Garrett E. Buttner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
