He was predeceased by: his half-siblings, Terry Hixon and Richard Nolan; and his stepsister Terry Wilson. He is survived by: his significant other Stephen Popowich of Altoona; his mother Jimmie J. Hixon of Umatilla, FL; his brother Ronald Nolan of LaGrange, GA; his sister-in-law Dianna of LaGrange, GA; his brother Eugene Andrew Nolan III of Umatilla; his sister-in-law Yolanda of Umatilla; and his stepsiblings, Harry Hixon of St. Petersburg, FL, Thomas Hixon of Summerfield, FL, Susan Goodrich of Sacramento, CA, Cathy Koniarski of Wasilla, AK, Tracy Howland of Gold Canyon, AZ and Bonnie Anderson of Streamwood, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
