We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023, at the age of 93, William Eugene Lowe Sr. of Altha, Florida, born in Panama City, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowe of Washington and Eunice Lowe; his sister Christine Eubank; and his daughters, Judie Ann Smithwick, Angela Marie Davis and Mickey Owen.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Lowe of Altha, Florida; his nephew Leonard Bolduc (Brenda) of Bay Minette, Alabama; his children, Doug Kinsey (Melissa) of Altha, Florida, Willette Marie Warren (Scott Cobart) of Marianna, Tracy Ann Jones (Tommy) and James Allen Carnley of Alford; and his grandchildren, Mason Patrick Jones of Alford, Florida and Shelby Nicole Jones of Alford, Florida.
