He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Timothy Jason Lewis (Amanda) of Panama City; his parents, Donald R. of Sneads and Margie Clemmons Lewis of Sneads; his sibling Wendell Shane Lewis (Rebecca) of Crawfordville; his nephew Waylon Lewis (Kaye) of Sneads; and his grandchildren, Madeline Lewis and Tristen Bruner.
