He was predeceased by: his father Harmon Harrell; and his wife Mae Vandersteen Harrell. He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen Gunter (Thomas) of Marietta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Thomas Gunter, Jr., Wendy Wolf and Brandi Cheeley; his great grandchildren, Annie, Jackson, Henry, Charlie, Olivia, Gunter and Zane; and his siblings, Jerry Harrell of Altha, Vera Bodiford of Blountstown and Dorothy Davis of Altha.
