He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Cyndi Dawson (Scott), Michael Chmielewski II and Issac Chmielewski; his grandchildren, Chelsi Chmielewski (William Chafin), Isabella Dawson, Emily Dawson and Michael Chmielewski III (Tripp); his great grandchildren, Alexa Concepcion and Adeline Chafin; and his siblings, Christina Chmielewski, Roxane Brown, Cassandra Giampa and Joseph Chmielewski.
