He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waldorff and Jimmie Waldorff. He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his children, Pam Wilson (Bobby), Jim Waldorff (Sara Kay) and Scott Waldorff (Jennifer). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren who loved and adored him as "Gran".

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made the the Altha First Baptist Church in memory of Maxie.
