He was predeceased by: his parents, Wales Greathouse and Martha Jean Hartzog; and his brother William "Bill" Greathouse. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Greathouse; his children, Robin Greathouse, Angie Marie (Matt) and Phillip Greathouse; and his brothers, James and Mike.
