With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene F. Downey of Altha, Florida, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on January 6, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiliam Downey and Carmella Santamaria Downey; his wife Reble Downey; and his son Eugene Downey II. He is survived by: his children, Ralph Lucas (Betty) of Clovis, California, Patricia Ann Harrell (Doug) of Blountstown, Sherry Lucas of Clearwater and Ellen Guzman of Altha, Florida. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
