She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Scannapieco; her parents, George Kenneth and Leona Beatrice Ballard; and her siblings, Steven, John, Kevin Ballard and Carolyn Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Scannapieco and Jennifer Scannapieco-Mantia (Robert Mantia); her stepchildren, Debbie Scannapieco, Charlie Scannapieco, James Scannapieco and Christine O'Kunak; her siblings, Richard Ballard, James Ballard, Marilyn Stripp, Joyce Thomas, Kathy Carr, Phyllis Kochersberger and Patricia Johnson; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Isabella, Julia, Jimmy, Jesse Scannapieco, Robbie, Chase, Spencer, Jennilyn, Sierra Mantia and Alexander O'kunak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
