She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Slater of Naples, FL, Nancy Larkin of Altamonte Springs, FL, Sharon Stitely and Altamonte Springs; her children, Janet Childs Gallagher of Bradenton, FL, Mark Childs of Marietta, GA, Paul Childs of Fairhope, AL and Peter Childs of Nashville, TN; and her husband Walter. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
The Family requests that in lieu of flowers, friends of Sally make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in her name.
