She was predeceased by: her siblings, Reba Evans and Nathan Evans. She is survived by: her spouse Joseph Byrd; her children, Monica Evette Young (Ben), Autura Dermel Carson, Devona Kenyetta Carson, Yavonka Byrd, Jaiden, Kamran, Sanaa and Erela; and her siblings, Leotis Evans (Loretta), James Evans (Dana), Loretta Dailey (late Nathaniel), Gregory Lloyd (Rita) and Timothy Lloyd. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
