Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mike leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his friend Dr. Joe Warren; his pets, Freda, Sky, Bjorn and Pluto; his mother Betty Tate; his siblings, Dixie and Richard; and his sister-in-law Joanne. He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, three great-nieces and a great-nephew.
Donations in his memory to Lighthouse Works! in Orlando, FL, or Seeing Eye in Morristown, NJ, would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
