Hoffman; his son Joseph Chebby (Erin); his grandchildren, Aria, Cal and Bryce; and his siblings, Christopher (Christine McNally), Maureen (James Kermis), Elizabeth McNally (Bruce Clapp), Patricia Childs, Timothy (Debra McNally), Nora Nonamacher, Amy Zaguri and Brian (Kathleen McNally).
