It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Francis Spotts (Altamonte Springs, Florida), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Connie April of Gulfport, Mississippi.. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Spotts; her daughters, Susan Hamlin and Kristine Butler; her granddaughters, Desiree Kirkland and Dana Wheaton; and her sister Pauline Rubendall of Millersburg Pennsylvania.
