She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; and her son Darrell Prose. She is survived by: her children, Linda Kelliher, Deborah Kirby, Cynthia Nielsen, Clifford Prose and Gregory Prose. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She passed away November 1, 2018 in Altamonte Springs, Fl due to Alzheimer's disease.
