West (Mindy) of Lake Mary, Florida.; his sister Barbara R. Berg (Gary) of East Peoria, Illinois; and his stepsiblings, Michael R. Quinn of Springfield, Illinois and Patricia D. Quinn of Chicago. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
