She was predeceased by: her former husband Jack Rapp; her siblings, Jerome Milligan and Patricia Daddato; and her parents, Joseph Milligan and Mary Milligan.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Tracey (Donald), Karen Torres (Charles) and John Rapp; her grandchildren, Lauren, Travis Tracey, Rachel, Olivia, Gabrielle Torres and Anonda Rapp; and her sister Kathleen Lamkin (Bruce).

In lieu of flowers and cards, her family would like donations to be made to Tidewell Hospice in her name.
