He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Capellan. He is survived by: his father Rafael D. Capellan; his children, Matthew Sanabria, Timothy Capellan Arroyo and Sarai Capellan Arroyo; his sister Alicia Capellan Mego (Carlos Mego); his nieces and nephews, Andre and Fiorelle; and his close friend Connie Gonzalez.
