He was predeceased by: his brother Jonathan; and his grandfather Timothy. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Smith and Laura Dopp; his daughter Evelyn Rose (Eevee); his stepmother Ashly; his sisters, Ashley, Alexis and Jordan; and his grandparents, Glade, Phil, Jan and Sharon. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, a niece, and a nephew.
