She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert M. Goins and Helen Goins Steinkuehler; her husband Jerome Arter; her children, David Arter (Shawn-Marie Arter) and Susan Hammond (Daniel Hammond); her grandchildren, Kimberlie Pearson (Shannon Pearson), Matthew Arter (Rita Arter), Christopher Hammond (Aimee Hammond), Jennifer Hammond and Claire Hammond; and her great grandchildren, Micah Arter, Ethan Young and Marguerite Hammond.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Stephen Catholic Church, where Darlis was a long-time parishioner.
