He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Frisby; his children, Jeff Frisby and Michelle Sheffield; and his grandchildren, Christy and Justin.

We know there are many who want to say their goodbyes and show their respect for our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Clinton, unfortunately due to the time which we are living with COVID-19, for the safety of all concerned, it breaks our hearts but we must restrict those coming to the funeral to only immediate family who are completely well.
