He is survived by: his wife Cherry Chism; his children, Josh Chism of Fruitland Park and Chelsea Hendrickson; his son-in-law Tyler Hendrickson of Nashville, Tennessee.; his granddaughter Everly Chism of Fruitland Park; his siblings, Carol Scott of Apopka and Mark Chism of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.; and his niece Rachelle McBride of Oklahoma.
