He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kevin Moore Welch. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Wayne Scott of Bonifay, FL and Jennifer Lynn Smith (David Stoker) of Marianna, FL; his siblings, Ryan Champion of Alford, James Vinson of Marianna and Haley Vinson of Marianna; his grandparents, Kathryn Welch of Cottondale, FL, Robert Warren Smith, Sr. of Bonifay, FL, Kenneth W. Scott and Malissa Burnham of Bonifay, FL; and his aunts and uncles, Bryan Welch of Robert Smith, JR., Monica Welch, Monica Smith, Cassie Smith and Ashley Smith. He is also survived by eight cousins.
