He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Howell and William Howell; his sister Mary Jo Howell; and his daughter Nicole Moyers. He is survived by: his wife Rose Howell of Alford, FL; his children, Connie Howell of Bradenton, FL, Mark Arnold (Robin) of Norwalk, OH, Jason Arnold (Carrie) of Monroeville, OH, Joseph Howell of Bellevue, OH and Dave Moyers of Minerva, OH; and his sisters, Wilma Berry of Bolivar, OH and Carol Cross of Eureka Springs, AR. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
