She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Melvin and Roxie Melvin; her husband Tom Daniels; and her daughter Gail Daniels. She is survived by: her children, Betty Daniels of Marianna, FL, Shirley Hester (Jerry) of Plantation, FL, Shelby Nixon (Mark) of Oklahoma, Sheila Kay of Alford, FL, Virgie Biskup (Allen) of Lauderhill, FL and Thomas Dale Daniels of Alford, FL. She is also survived by 4 siblings; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
