He is survived by: his mother Sue Clements; his wife Kristy Clements; his children, Trevor White, Matthew Clements and Cyanna Clements; his siblings, Robert Clements and Leigh Vandiver; his granddaughter Anastasia Clements; and his friend Malinda Self. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
