It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Pelton (Alford, Florida), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on April 28, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Brown and Ethel Brown; her husband Harold R. Pelton, II; her daughter Debralee J. Walling; and her brother Dwayne Bassett.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold R. Pelton, III and Greg Nickels; and her grandchildren, Tony Shumaker (Lynn), Christopher Shumaker, Joseph Shumaker and Shawn Nickels. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great -great grandchildren.
