He is survived by: his wife Jan Blackburn; his daughters, Paula Blackburn Duncan (Bobby) and Tonya Blackburn Hutchinson (Bob); his stepchildren, Meredith Nagel, Stephanie Stephens (Eddie), Darrel Williams (Enjun) and Willie Gay; and his sister Hollis Blackburn Williams.
