We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Vannie A. Boykin of Alachua, Florida, born in Memphis, Tennessee. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Pert Boykin and Mildred Johnson; his daughters, Brittani DePeiza of Gainesville, FL, Tawanna Hardy of Gainesville, FL and Stephanie Long (Buddy) of Deerfield Beach, FL; and his siblings, Letha Perry of Waldo, FL; Rickey Johnson (Lenora) of Yuma, AZ; Abe Johnson (Myra) of Tyler, TX; Judith Green (Hosea) of McDonough, GA; Madalyn Johnson of Memphis, TN. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and caring friends.

Due to COVID-19, all in attendance are asked to please wear a facial covering.
