He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fields and Leona Addie Osteen; his stepson Charles Dale Riddle, Jr.; and his siblings, William Marvin O'Steen, James Arthur O'Steen, Mazzie Hall, Bessie Grantham and Rose Lee Yarghn.
He is survived by: his close friend Linda O'Steen of Lake City; his daughter Dallas Hart (David) of Lake City; his stepchildren, Kimerly Ann Riddle of Land O'Lakes and Johnny Lee Bond of Chiefland; his brother SJ O'Steen (Tiny) of Starke; his grandchildren, Dawson, Dylan, Dalton Hart of Lake City, Edwin Hayes Foster, Kent Andrew Riddle of Land O'Lakes and Skylynn Bond of Interlachen; his niece Brenda Hulsey (Jerry) of Starke; and his nephews, James O'Steen (Angie) of Starke and Ray Yarghn (Elaine) of Live Oak. He is also survived by many other relatives and long term friends.
