He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pates and Elma Robinson Nipper; his grandson Marek Alexander Sajczuk; his siblings, Sam "Sambo" Nipper, Rosemary Nipper, Doris Bass, Louise McDavid and Tom Nipper; his parents-in-law, Earl and Maggie Hill; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Nipper of Alachua; his children, Holly Sajczuk (Jim) of Alachua, Cord Nipper (Kim) of Alachua, Jared Nipper (Jessica) of Alachua and Jarica Cairns (Joe) of Clearwater; his grandchildren, Evan, Jeremy, Nick, Anya, Mason, Maggie and Levi; his sister Georgia King of Newberry; and his sister-in-law Chris Hill.
