He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester, Sr. Allen and Dorothy Allen (Smith); and his siblings, L. J. Allen, Tony Allen, Stuart Allen, Clarence Allen, Robert Allen and Dorothy Allen Cobb.
He is survived by: his children, Lecretia Allen King (Johnny) of Lake Butler, FL, Robert Pollard (DeLois) of Orlando, FL, Rev. Terrance Pollard of Gainesville, FL, Jeffery Allen of Jacksonville, FL and Kenneth Spralding (Angela) of Panama City, FL; and his siblings, Joel Allen, Edith Nelson, Gloria Allen Simmons, Linda Allen and Darlene Allen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
