He was predeceased by: his parents, James Boyette and Mary Boyette (Barnes); his former wife Lois; his siblings, James, Ray, Bob and Betsy; and his son James "Jamie".
He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Alachua, FL; his sister Ann Davis (Harry) of Cape Carteret; his sister-in-law Betty Boyette (Ray) of Alachua, FL; and his children, Charles "Chuck" Boyette Jr. of Apple Valley, MN, Raena Matthews (Tommy) of Newport, NC, Laura Lewis (John) of New Bern and Christina Jarchow (Wade) of Minnesota. He is also survived by six grandsons; two granddaughters; three great grandsons; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
