We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2022, at the age of 70, Joyce Elaine Pratt of Woodside, Delaware, born in Dover, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fogwell and June Fogwell; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her sons, Jack and Jeffrey Pratt (Molly); her grandchildren, Andy, Steven, Carly, Trent Pratt, Gabriel Cash and June Pratt; and her siblings, Earlene Mayan (Dan), Greg Madden (Joan) and Annie Shepherd (Roe). She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to New Beginning Church of God, Marydel, DE.
