We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Grier of Woodside, Delaware, born in Viola, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Marker and Sallie Marker; her husband Kenneth Grier; and her siblings, Alexis, Watson, Jackson, Pearl, Ida, Beulah and Alice.
She is survived by: her children, K. Wayne Grier (Rebecca) of Woodside, DE and Bonnie J. Gaukler (Garry) of Severn, MD; and her grandchildren, Erin Grier, Joel Grier (Kayla) and Anna Gaukler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A walk through visitation with social distancing measures due to COVID-19 will be from 6:30 to 8 pm Sunday, June 28th, at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901 or to the Woodside United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 45, Woodside, DE 19980.
