He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rule of Wilmington, DE.; his children, Guy Rule (Karen) of Illinois, Keith Rule of Arizona, Brian Rule (Jaimie) of New Jersey, Peter Rule, Tina Curran (Rick) of Delaware and Shannon Richards (Tyrel) of Michigan; and his sister Blanche Rinick of New Jersey. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
