He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Stephens and Hazel A. Stephens; and his wife Anna E. Stephens. He is survived by: his children, William S. Stephens (Jan), Mark T. Stephens (Noel Andrews) and Susanne McGuire (Michael). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
