He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Jennifer Abernethy and Kristen Garcia (Carlos); his grandchildren, Rowan Hochstuhl, Cameron and Cody Garcia; his siblings, Patricia and Paul Abernethy; and his stepchildren, Freddy (Patti Ann), Jason, Eric Euganeo (Kim) and Jennifer Tutrani (Hilary).
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
