It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Anderson (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Anderson and Waneita Anderson; and his brothers, Herman and Dr. Joseph Anderson (Indiana). He is survived by: his wife Tonya Bailey-Smiley; his daughter Shelby Bailey-Smiley; his granddaughter Shawn Smiley; his son-in-law Carl Webster; and his friend Lux. He is also survived by granddog, and a host of other family members and friends.
